Dordle is a game built by Blocky Games. Dordle is a decentralized wordle running on the Alphabill blockchain. Dordle is a simple yet engaging word puzzle game. The goal of Dordle is to guess a target word within a certain number of
attempts. See the instructions on how the game works below:
1. Gamer creates a game session and invites friends.
2. All the game participants place some fixed amount of the Alphabill native tokens into escrow before the game starts.
3. At the start of each game, gamers are presented with a 5×5 grid. The task is to guess a five-letter word.
4. Gamers type their guesses into the box and hit enter. If the word is a valid English word, it will appear in the grid.
5. The game then gives participants clues about how close their guesses were to the target word. If a letter is in the correct place, it turns green. If a letter is in the target word, but not in the correct place, it turns yellow.
If a letter is not in the word at all, it remains gray.
6. Gamers have six attempts to guess the word, using the clues provided.
7. When the game is over, the winner collects all the Alphabill native tokens from the escrow (except for some commission and transaction fees).
